Permalok Acrylic Surface Masonry Surface Conditioner (01322) is water based and specially formulated to seal, penetrate, and bond chalky surfaces on above grade masonry materials. The primer stabilizing characteristics reinforce the performance of exterior acrylic top coats. It is highly alkali and efflorescence resistant and may be applied to surfaces with a pH of 6 to 13. Toned to a milky white color allowing easy and consistent coating application.
